AQHA Broodmares

All great horses come from great mothers

Our broodmare band is very important to us. We have selected mares with excellent conformation, good minds and strong pedigrees. All of our mares are from working bloodlines with a strong influence of Poco Pine, Poco Bueno and Hollywood Jac 86. We are very fortunate to be able to work with Stan and Jean Goetz from Bluffton, Alberta. We have several mares from their program including daughters and granddaughters of AQHA Champion Barry Pine. They have bred an awesome family of horses and we thank them very much for allowing us to be a part of their program. We invite you to browse through our broodmares to assist in finding the best possible prospects to suit your show, breeding or performance needs.

Glossy Bell Pine

1990 Brown Mare

A foundation broodmare that anyone could build a breeding program around. She is the dam of the high selling horse at Glen Flewelling's sale, July 2007. Codys Dale Pine sold for $35000.00 and is a high end heel horse with a big stop. We have daughters and granddaughters of her in our herd. She is a no miss mare and we are very happy to own her. There are not too many daughters of Barry Pine around anymore. Gloss has been retired in 2011. Her great contribution to our breeding program will be felt for years to come.

Her gorgeous sorrel filly is being kept for a future broodmare. Bred to Shining Leo County for 2012.
